Our Campaigns Work:

We believe in a partnership approach with every retailer in the Reserva Wine Marketplace. Beyond bringing you amazing wines from small producers, a clear advantage of sourcing wines through our marketplace is that we equip each wine with a fully fledged marketing campaign that allows you to bring your customers "into the vineyard." Together we can create a greater connection between consumers and winemakers to make each wine come alive.


The selection process

This is how we assemble each unique campaign and how we connect you, the retailer, with the featured wines and winemakers.

In-country Reserva experts carefully select wines.

Our local wine experts live in the country they source from, giving them on-the-ground insight into emerging trends and outstanding winemaking from little-known producers. We curate a list of 3-4 unique wines per campaign. Every wine in the Reserva marketplace is produced by independent, artisan winemakers with an emphasis on wines with a spectacular price-quality ratio. Suggested retail prices to range between $15 to $25 per bottle.

Reserva announces campaign to retail partners via email.

About 1 month before the wine sets sail for New York, you'll receive an email announcing the campaign and the available wines. Explore the wines, see the winemakers and discover the regions highlighted in this campaign through our extensive wine portal. This portal also includes customer-facing marketing tools such as newsletter templates, social media content and insightful videos.

Reserva Wine Portal connects you with the people and places behind each wine.

Within Reserva’s platform, retailers have access to a breadth of information and marketing tools along with the winemakers themselves! Discover the native grapes and family stories behind each wine and share them with your customers through email, newsletters, social media and virtual events. 

Presales and ordering

This is what happens once the wine sets sail for New York. We work with you to generate excitement among your customers about these exclusive new wines and begin accepting orders.

Retailer places order with Reserva

As stocks are extremely limited and we work on a first-come-first-serve basis, most retailers finalize their orders long before the wine arrives in the U.S. But if you prefer, you may wait until your customers have placed their orders to get a better idea of demand before finalizing your order with Reserva. When possible, we will keep limited supplies in stock for re-orders. 

Reserva then ships the wines directly to your store for customer pickup.

Once the wine arrives in the U.S., we will ship the wines directly to you. Your customers can then pick up their pre-ordered wines from your store. Our system will help you stay in the loop with updates on the shipping and fulfillment process. Your customers will get the updates too so they can follow their wines’ journey!
